Adjusting to a New Normal

It has finally arrived! Steve's last year of seminary has begun! I can't believe that we are beginning the end of his seminary career and awaiting what God has for us next! We approach this year with great anticipation! It seems that as long and hard as we have worked to get to the end of this stage of life that it has come all too soon. It was only 4 short years ago that we moved into our one bedroom apartment as newlyweds with not a clue as to what was to come! God has provided for us greatly in these past years and I am so thankful for his faithfulness too us. He has always given us jobs when we needed them, medical support, health, the blessing of great friends, wonderful teacher, a strong marriage and a wonderful son! Now we look forward to His continued provision, and the blessings we already see!
Speaking of a blessing I am 18 weeks pregnant today! I am feeling great but feeling bigger! I am just so excited about meeting this new little baby in just over 4.5 months! Life will be so different then! I find myself imagining how I will handle Zachary and a newborn. It's very scary and exciting all at the same time. I am most excited about serving my own family at home full time, while it is a blessing for us now that I nanny it will be pure joy to focus on my boys (and maybe just maybe a little girl ) at home full time!
As for that little boy! He is acting more and more like a BOY every day! Today I found him pushing a cart up to the back of a chair, standing on it and pulling himself to flip over the back of it! Two moments later he was climbing up a bookcase! AH! He is wild..but bring joy to my heart!

Baby Stutzman- Week 14

I have decided that I need to start blogging a little bit more. I like to keep everyone especially family up to date on the fun little daily events in our life and to be honest I am just no that fond of facebook any more. I just don't trust them with most of my photos so I feel that blogging is a safer way to keep everyone up to date with photo's of the cutest baby boy I know. But now on to his baby brother/sister!

This pregnancy is going great! After about 10 weeks of slight nausea and extreme tiredness things started to turn around. I am already 14 weeks and into my second trimester and I am enjoying the ability to eat pretty much anything and a much needed burst of energy. I have had two visits with my mid-wife and things are looking great. The baby's heart beat is strong and my levels on everything look great. All we can do is praise the Lord that He has blessed us with another sweet baby and so far mommy and baby are doing great! We are so excited about the new addition to the Stutzman family! I just can't wait for a moment like the one in the photo again. There is nothing sweeter for a couple than the moment's after a new baby is born. It's absolutely amazing!

Fun Mommy things:
I still have yet to take any belly photo's but those will come soon. Most people don't think I am showing yet but I can feel the belly getting bigger! I am officially into maternity clothes and thanks for my wonderful friend Steph I have a closet full of "new" clothes to wear! She was so sweet to hand down her maternity clothes to me and I just feel so blessed! I haven't had many cravings lately,I am trying to stay away from the Big Mac's I love so much when I am pregnant and eat as healthy as I can. Some day's I do well... others... not so great!

4 months and Rice Cereal!!

Today Zachary turned 4months old!  Its hard to believe that 4months ago he was so new to the world only a few hours old, only 7lbs 9oz, and just getting the hang of eating.  Today a few short months later he is 17lbs 9oz, sitting up and took his first bites of rice cereal!  We ate it for breakfast and he seemed to like it!  He was ust starting to really get the hang of the spoon thing near the end of it.  He is just so funny.  He is also starting to make some new faces and sounds.  Squelling and blowing bubbles is a part of every playtime and sometimes nap time.  He seems to like to play around for alittle while in his crib before he drifts off to sleep.  We are just enoying every new moment.
